1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The request is made within 5 days of delivery.

The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all tags/accessories.
We do not accept returns for:

Items damaged due to customer misuse.

Hygiene-related products (e.g., personal care, grooming items).

Discounted or clearance sale items.
2. Return Process

Provide your order ID, clear images/video of the issue, and a short description.

Once approved, our support team will share the pickup or return shipping instructions.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

In cases where pickup is not possible, you may be asked to self-ship the product.
4. Replacement Policy
If a replacement is available, we’ll send a new product once the returned item is received and verified.
If not available, we’ll issue a full refund.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, if they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
6. Damaged or Missing Products
If your package is damaged or any item is missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures/video proof for quick resolution.
